Overall stay was pleasent. Location was great! Only 1 thing that bothered us was the sewage smell coming from the toilet that made me rate 4/5. The bed was nice, slept well & the room was quiet during non peak days. The TV was full of good movies and entertainment wise was great. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Friendly staff as well. Keep up with the great work! Only need to fix the sewage issue.

Very professional and welcoming hotel staff, never fail to help open the car doors upon arrival or leaving. The hotel is located near Bukit Bintang metro, around 5-10min by foot. Pavilion mall is also walkable. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a good night sleep. Breakfast buffet is good too.

The room was nice and the location is great. It’s an easy and quick walk to The Pavilion Mall. However, I kept smelling a faint sewer smell and at first, I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. I later identified the smell was coming from the drain in the shower. The housekeeping was not very thorough. On the first day, they didn’t empty the full trash can under the kitchenette area sink and my coffee, cream, and sugar were never replenished after the first day. They also took the dirty silverware but didn’t replace them with clean ones. It’s not like a typical hotel where you can charge things to the room. You pay as you go, when I ordered room service I paid when it was delivered. It also was packaged like a to-go order, not like the usual presentation of room service. The room was comfortable and spacious but I won’t stay here again because of the service and the smell in the room.

What a fabulous stay! Every single night, I can't wait to fall asleep on their bed. It is extremely comfortable and i sleep on an average of 10 hours a day. You can even choose your preferred pillows. Service is good and location is excellent! Would definitely be back, if just to sleep on their comfortable beds. 😁

New modern hotel that we can’t recommend enough! Location is superb - minutes away from Bukit Bintang and the Pavilion shopping mall. Room was clean and beautiful, with huge bathroom. Breakfast buffet was top notch and the rooftop pool with a view was just a cherry on the cake. Definitely recommended!
