“Our family experienced a HOTEL FROM HELL on our last San Diego trip. Before we left we decided to find a different hotel that everyone could enjoy to have a good taste in our mouth. THANK GOODNESS we found this gem. From the beginning we had a wonderful experience. We booked a room with Ashley who was at the front desk. She was very kind and accommodating with our crazy kids. She really made the experience wonderful. The hotel wasn't even crowded at all. We practically had the resort pool and slide to ourselves! The kids loved it. The drinks by the pool were delicious and relaxing.”
