“The staff in the Lobby is very nice. Cleanliness in the rooms, on the other hand, not so good: -never cleaned AC (picture attached) -not cleaned mirrors -price tags lying on the floor (I should assume that no one was vacuuming, too?) -cigar and matches left on the balcony Also: -light in one room not working”

“We were in New York for our sons wedding and had an excellent stay at the Benjamin. Check in and Checkout were quick and efficient. We stayed in one bedroom suite and it was well appointed and very spacious! The service was awesome as we made a number of requests and every time the staff responded very quickly. The location in midtown is excellent. I would recommend the Benjamin highly!”
