They didn't have the room we booked, upgraded us at no additional charge.Such friendly accommodating staff members.Doorman was so gracious helping us with a stroller everything we left.Kind of like a cruise ship design.Wish the bar had been open.

Cheguei no início de outubro no Royalton Hotel com empresa para negócios pessoais em Nova York.A partir do momento em que chegamos, o concierge e a equipe foram extremamente acolhedores e superaram minhas expectativas em relação ao serviço de hoteleiro. Foram-nos oferecidos garrafas de água de cortesia e assistência com todas as nossas necessidades. Fiquei extremamente satisfeito com a limpeza e o serviço prestado pelos funcionários. Mesmo quando voltamos mais tarde para pegar nossas malas após o check-out com um amigo meu, fiquei - extremamente - impressionado com o concierge que ofereceu para nós três águas de cortesia, que eu achei muito graciosas e elegantes. Embora eu estivesse inicialmente preocupado com a faixa de preço um pouco mais alta, essa experiência me ensinou o verdadeiro significado de "Você recebe o que paga",No geral, recomendo vivamente este hotel a todos os meus amigos e família. Estou classificando o Royalton Hotel com 15 de 10 por seu serviço e gentileza. I arrived in early October at the Royalton Hotel with company for personal business in NYC.
From the moment we arrived, the concierge and staff were extremely welcoming and exceeded my expectations of hotelier service. We were offered complimentary water bottles and assistance with all our needs. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and the service provided by the staff. Even when we returned later in the evening to pick up our bags after checkout with a friend of mine, I was -extremely- impressed with the concierge offering the three of us complimentary waters, which I thought was both highly gracious and classy. Although I was initially concerned with the slightly higher price range, this experience taught me the true meaning of "You Get What You Pay For,"
Overall, I would greatly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I am rating the Royalton Hotel a 15 out of 10 for their service and graciousness. Anything less than this rating would be a disservice to the Royalton Hotel and all its staff.
Once again, thank you to all the staff and the concierges for this wonderful experience.

Sempre um hotel de serviço de nível superior. No centro da Times Square e do Bryant Park. Ótimo para um fim de semana em Nova York. Não há estacionamento no local ou manobrista, mas logo ao lado há um aluguel de empresa e garagem de estacionamento. A equipe é atenciosa e fez a nossa primeira estadia lá especial. Até foi atualizado para a Penthouse. Os quartos são luxuosos modernos, embora um pouco pequenos. Mas fica bem perto da Broadway, então as expectativas de espaço são baixas. Mesmo assim, havia um armário e uma cômoda.

Not very impressed here. The room was nice, except for the fact the fridge didn't cool. Ice had to be gotten from front desk, along with cups. NO drinks available at all this included coffee.(had to exit hotel and walk down the block for morning coffee) Staff was friendly and pleasant but this didn't help with the inconvenience of snacks or drinks in the room. Most likely will not be returning

Always a top level service hotel. Central to times Square and Bryant Park. Great for a New York weekend. No on-site parking or valet but immediately next door is an enterprise rental and parking garage. The staff is thoughtful and made our first stay there special. Even got upgraded to the Penthouse. Rooms are modern luxury , if a bit small. But it's right off of Broadway so expectations for space are low. Even so there was closet space and a chest of drawers.
