And that's fine this place always smells like a trap house anyway however I did expect a refund. She gave me the yeah yeah treatment. I have tried calling 3 times and I get the busy signal on the phone. If you can make it a little further I would, however there is a really beautiful baymont inn and suites right next door shares same parking lot.
I should also put out that I'm more then a amateur traveler I was only home in 13 times in 2020 and only 25 days in 2021 and 16 of those days were for Christmas and new years. My go to is almost always choice because of ease and use of check in . After this experience I will likely start spending the $25,000 I spend on the road every year in hotels and another brand because of this experience. !

Deu minha reserva. depois tentou fazer com que eu e outro cavalheiro dividissemos um rei. Ficou muito rude me disse que ia cancelar minha reserva. E tudo bem, este lugar sempre cheira a uma casa de armadilha de qualquer maneira, no entanto, eu esperava um reembolso. Ela me deu o tratamento sim, sim. Já tentei ligar 3 vezes e dá sinal de ocupado no telefone. Se você puder ir um pouco mais longe, eu faria, no entanto, há um belo Baymont Inn e suítes ao lado compartilha o mesmo estacionamento.Também devo dizer que sou mais do que um viajante amador, estive em casa apenas 13 vezes em 2020 e apenas 25 dias em 2021 e 16 desses dias foram para o Natal e ano novo. Minha escolha é quase sempre por causa da facilidade e uso do check-in. ESTE LUGAR É UM ENGANO! Eu estava viajando de Richmond VA de volta para o Nordeste durante a grande tempestade que fechou a I-95. Eu pedi ao meu namorado para fazer uma reserva neste lugar, já que o tráfego era horrível. Quando cheguei, um senhor do lado de fora me disse que a área não era segura para entrar, o saguão cheirava fortemente a maconha e não tinha móveis. A equipe me disse que overbooked minha reserva e que "isso acontece o tempo todo com a Expedia." Quando solicitei um reembolso, ela disse que não podia fornecê-lo diretamente e a Expedia teria que ligar para o hotel e confirmar que eu não fiquei lá. Nas últimas duas semanas, a Expedia tentou várias vezes entrar em contato com o hotel para confirmar o reembolso. Em última análise, o hotel não respondeu e agora fui cobrado por um quarto em que não fiquei. Eu não recomendaria ficar aqui, foi uma experiência ruim de cima para baixo.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
I was traveling from Richmond VA back to the Northeast during the big storm storm that shut down I-95. I had my boyfriend make a reservation at this place since traffic was horrendous. When I arrived a gentleman outside told me the area wasn't safe to walk in, the lobby smelled strongly like marijuana and did not have furniture. The staff told me they overbooked my reservation and that "this happens all the time with Expedia." When I asked for a refund she said she was unable to provide it directly and Expedia would have to call the hotel and confirm that I did not stay there. Over the past two weeks Expedia has tried multiple times to get in touch with the hotel to confirm the refund. Ultimately the hotel didn't respond and now I have been charged for a room I didn't stay in. I wouldn't recommend staying here, it was a bad experience top to bottom.

This place should not be open for business. The room smelled of mold and smoke. Ceiling was falling apart, paint peeling off the walls, bathroom was disgusting. I did not stay the night I immediately asked for a refund. They told me I would get a refund and instead double charged me! Thee worst motel ever…comfort suites...really?!

Stay Away! Almost the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Construction going on, bad hotel smell, half size pillows w no extras available, trash bags littered the hallway, thin walls, old tv, hair dryer didn’t work, no breakfast. Only thing that was fine was AC and Hot Water.

Hoje é dia 16 de setembro, 21, vou ficar em uma suíte king size. e é um quarto ruim, tapete manchado, eu só fui tomar banho e o chuveiro tem pressão muito fraca para tomar banho, eu não consigo nem tomar banho porque a água é muito ruim. Este lugar es terrible!Todo esta muy sucio, la cama tiene sangre, huele horrible. No tiene comida, ni recepcion, huele a cigarillo, tiene cucaracha y ratones. Por favor no usen este lugar, la compañia tiene que investir en remodelarlo.
