“Rooms were clean but did not have a good experience. I stay in Courtyards all over the country, and this one was super understaffed and badly trained. The staff are also not very courteous, but then again how could they be when they are being overworked and placed under these conditions? The same person that takes your order has to go to the kitchen and make your breakfast taking 30 minutes to do so, which made me arrive late for work. Then I checked in for 14 nights but only stayed for 2 nights and they charged me all 14 nights. Then they wonder why nobody stays at this Courtyard.”
