“Poor rooms with horrible view. When we booked two ocean view rooms and we get a bay view. That looks poor and all you can hear/see on the balcony is the old rusty ac units. Haven’t been here 3 hours and I wanna check out and leave. Ocean view is for members only.”

“For reserving through a sketchy third-party website, I was surprised at how easy it was to communicate with staff and check in at Royal Solaris for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, our room smelled musty and we could hear our neighbors and everything going on in the hallway. Our balcony jacuzzi was cool though. I definitely recommend going out of your way and meeting staff and other guests, and get involved in what's going on around the resort. We loved our servers/bartenders and enjoyed meeting so many people (that became our friends) playing volleyball in the pool!”
