“Had a pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great taste for food and great services. The swimming pool have a schedule for visitor and the restaurant closed due to the pandemic. Thank you for the hospitality.”

“We are 4 days into our 10-day quarantine stay with Gran Melia and we are really impressed by the splendid service. They go above and beyond to meet our needs and always with such kindness and professionalism. The food is tasty and whenever we request something - they arrive within a couple of minutes. We're staying in the Junior Suite which has plenty of space for us to work, hang out, exercise, and the huge bathroom is the cherry on top! We truly feel so taken care of :)”
