“Beautiful hotel, very clean, great location, most staff is very nice and helpful. Some of them could do with some more training. Here and there space for improvement. TASCA and NETSU overall excellent. Breakfast is good with freshly squeezed juices, except orange, missing and coffee sometimes slow to arrive. Quality of food at The Bay for lunch and dinner needs its average to be lifted to a Mandarin Oriental reputation level.
Great Spa with competent staff, pt and therapists.”

“Tivemos uma boa estadia, exceto alguns niggles. Em resumo - nós amamos o quarto e a comida no Bay e Tasca foi excelente. O serviço de limpeza poderia ser intensificado - pequenos detalhes como 2 toalhas para 3 ocupantes, e não substituir os rolos de papel higiênico eram falhas. Um dos elevadores não estava funcionando e, como resultado, havia uma fila constante para chegar ao quarto, o que era bastante chato.”
