“De longe, um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei na área de Sterling. O único problema no motivo pelo qual eu não dei 5 estrelas. É porque fiz uma reserva para um quarto acessível para deficientes físicos perto dos elevadores, mas infelizmente não recebi 1 no 1º período, porém a jovem senhora na recepção, desculpe, não sei o nome dela, mas ela é alta com cabelos longos e encaracolados, ela era a pessoa mais doce, mais amável que já conheci no setor de hotelaria. Ela se desculpou pela confusão com a minha reserva e garantiu que eu recebesse um quarto que atendesse às minhas necessidades de deficiência. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente”
