Quarto gigante, mega confortável. Tudo muito limpo - sempre colocam um cheirinho delicioso no qto. É meio old fashion mas o custo benefício é espetacular. Além do mais está muito perto da Strip, mas o hotel é muuuuito tranquilo, tipo uma vila, tudo arborizado entre vários blocos de apartamentos. Estamos adorando ficar aqui e com certeza ficaria novamente. Recomendo!

Com relação ao conforto não vou contestar, pois ficamos muito bem instalados, mas para nossa surpresa, no check in foi exigido um deposito de $100, de garantia de danos com a promessa de devolução depois de 5 dias úteis apos o check out, ficamos tranquilos porque não deixamos nenhum dano ao hotel e paranossa surpresa, fomos ressarcidos com apenas $9,00 e sem nenhuma explicação, sem nenhum e mail ou telefone para justificar o valor retido. Conclusão, fazem promoção com relação ao preço da hospedagem e depois ficam com o valor da reserva. Injustificável. No minimo, tem a obrigação de enviar um e mail para o cliente informando qual o motivo da cobrança. mesmo que seja indevida.

Muito bom . O quarto é confortável , bem cuidado e arrumado . O meu quarto era grande, com espaço para quarto de dormir , sala de televisão , banheiro e cozinha. Quanto a parte de fora , bem aconchegante, bonita e arrumada . A recepção é muito bonita e os recepcionistas são bem gentis e educados . Recomendo !

Ótimo hotel. Muito limpo e quieto. Sem cheiro algum de cigarro nos quartos e corredor das áreas dos quartos. Se vier novamente para Vegas ficaria aqui sem dúvida. São dois quarteirões da strip.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Possui restaurantes a lá carte. A cafeteira é muito boa, excelente atendimento, e com uns panini's deliciosos. O quarto é extremamente generoso possui o frigobar e micro-ondas. Ainda tem uma piscina e área fitness.

This was my first visit to Las Vegas and after my stay at Tuscany, I will definitely be back! Having arrived very delayed from my flight I was happy that this location is close to the airport and that I was able to order dinner very late. What I was also impressed by was how short of a walk it is from the strip. Plus, I have to say that I really loved the layout of the room. It was the perfect size with all the amenities I needed for my very short trip. If you're looking for a great bang for your buck I highly recommend booking here.

Muy buen lugar para alojarse, esta a 10-15 min. caminando del centro de Las Vegas, donde están todas las atracciones y tienes estacionamiento gratuito. Si vas en auto y quieres ahorrar es un buen dato. El casino es pequeño, no tiene mesas de cartas, solo maquinas. Todas las fotos que se ven en internet son reales. Lo bueno es que las habitaciones están separadas del casino por lo que no hay olor a cigarro, Ruido o mucha gente.

This place was good for what we were wanting. The rooms are clean and very spacious. We stayed in a pool view room, I would not recommend paying extra for that. I children screaming in the pool echos into the rooms. Casino and restraunts were decent. We never walked up to the strip, we had a car. Its seemed farther than I imagined. We rented a cabana, I wouldn't waste that money again. The prices end up being as much as some of the hotels that on on the strip.

Hotel muy tranquilo,mi habitación amplia y todo muy limpio, solo que para entrar demore unos 30 minutos de check in pero no fue nada q no pasen en otros hoteles, en la habitación solo los del piso sobre mi caminaban demasiado recio pero eso puede pasar en cualquier lugar, si voy a las Vegas claramente q volveré a este hotel , el precio fue el mejor,lo recomiendo 100%

Very nice casino/resort off-strip. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. There are several buildings, so my suggestion is to request a building closer to the main complex so you don't have to walk as far. The pool area is great and there are 2 cabanas available to rent for groups. Bar service at the pool can be a little slow if there are a lot of people, but not horrible at all. The bar and restaurants are all very nice and offer a good variety of selections. If you are looking for a more "Vegas" experience, you may want to travel to the strip; but it is within a nice walking distance or cab. The entertainment at the resort seems to be geared towards those fans of the Rat Pack and "classic" lounge music; probably not something younger patrons would be interested in. The casino itself is not terribly smoky despite allowing smoking in it. There are a good mix of old standard and newer slot machines and some nice perks as part of the loyalty program. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Nice property with some features that are showing their age. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The televisions are dated (first one didn't work) and our toilet was having a few issues. The staff is excellent and the resorts' close proximity to the strip makes it ideal. Overall the cleanliness of the grounds and the friendliness of the staff outshines its shortcomings

Very nice facility. Housekeeping was awesome as was security and porter. (As are most people in Vegas) Cleanliness was amazing! Food prices and quality at Marilyn's was phenomenal (also, the staff rocked). The younger crowd (from our crew) loved PUB 365. Front desk could use some training (re: 90% of the people that come through the door has either NEVER traveled before or at the very least, has never been to Vegas and even less, to this establishment.). It's a confusing maze of buildings that have opposite entries with unclear markings. For elderly people and those with any physical walking disability, good luck! On a side note; we were part of wedding party that was told to mention the Groom and Bride in the "note" of our reservation so "we'd all be"... booked... "together". This did not happen. The explanation why this didn't happen was not in sync with their 'alleged ability' to do what they informed the groom and bride when they originally chose this hotel (6 parties in 3 different buildings).Pool and Business services weren't open while we stayed. (2/20/22-2-23-22)

Very nice hotel and casino just off the strip. It's actually a great location and a step away from the craziness of Las Vegas Blvd. Nicely designed with some surprisingly nice art, their security and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, nice big room (although it was a non smoking room, I think it used to be a smoking room or someone smoked in it because I could easily detect a strong cigarette odor), nicely decorated with a huge bathroom and a handy sink/fridge area. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I liked the room darkening curtains. We also had dinner at Tuscany Gardens as part of the Rat Pack dinner show. Kevin took care of us and was an absolute delight. The box office attendant was not the friendliest and she never cracked a smile, but the rest of the people working the show were terrific. Loved the Rat Pack. Fun, light, entertaining and great music. The band was excellent. Walked around the casino and played a little. Wish the non smoking section was bigger and had better games. Otherwise it was a nice size and not overwhelming. All in all, we had a good time and we will return!

I visited twice in May 2021 and beginning of January2022. This is very clean, neat, romantic, quiet, and unique hotel. The best parts of hotel include: 1. room is big , it looks like a home. little kitchen,round table, sink, refrigerator, all similar as a studio or as a home. 2. bathroom has too doors, which separate toilet, shower,washingsinks, and sleeping area. 3. hotel rooms far way from casino, which creates extra quietness, privacy for people, and no smoking smell at all. 4. staffs are friendly. 5. Pool areas is beautiful. There are many trees, flowers, lawns along each building,they make me feel I am embracedby nature, and air is so fresh. Because of new year vacation, I do think carefully about which hotel I would choose. Although there are may fancy, luxury or ordinaryhotels I can pick, I still chose Tuscany Suites & Casinos because it really impressed me.

This was a nice little spot.The property is clean and the rooms are as well. It’s about about a block away from the strip. This is kind of nice because when the strip is shut off due to events or traffic you can still get to the hotel. We went for New Years. The only complaint really is the parking is not sufficient for the size of the place. I walked around a lot during my stay just to keep from loosing my parking place.Other then that it is really relaxed and calm.I unfortunately have lost my pictures of this hotel.

The pool area was beautiful even for being too cold to swim when I visited. The fire pits in front of the Italian restaurant were great for a late night or early morning sit. The coffee shop was open every time I came by it and had legitimately good coffee and desserts. The rooms themselves were not very nice unfortunately. Hardly even a 2 star quality of rooms to be honest. I can't speak to the spa area, it looked small but I didn't even go in, so it is hard to truly say. Location is fine not great. It's 2 full blocks off the strip, so you're looking at 10 minutes of walking down a busy street before even reaching the actual Strip (plus whatever additional time to go North or South to wherever you're going). Smoking i allowed in this casino (a negative personally for me).

Muy mala experiencia. Llegamos cansados con ganas de descansar un rato antes de sañir al boulevard a pasear y tubiemos que cancelar la reservacion porq es forzoso que dejes una tarjeta de CREDITO NO DEBITO para lo que pagas al registrarte. No tenemos tarjeta de crédito asi que se les dijo que no habia problema en dejar débito y si era necesario dejar 2 tarjetas débito y no quisieron, se lavaron las manos diciendo que llamaramos a servicio al cliente de donde se hizo la reservacion para ver que se podia hacer. La srta muy amable de hotels.com nos ayudó a cancelar y a que se nos reembolsará todo nuestro $$$no regresaria a este hotel aunque tubiera tarjeta credito, no tienen buen servicio al cliente, no son accesibles si se les esta pagando y no eramos los unicos con este problema, habia 4 familias mas reclamando lo mismo.

A NICE hotel spot w/large suites w/fridge & coffee pot. The Tuscany has great food @ the Pub & Marilyn's. PLUS other great restaurants are nearby. Wear your walking shoes the Tuscany is a large lush compound. We like the Tuscany so much, we hold conferences 4x year.. 👍

It was past 11 pm, and we went to the Tuscany to eat at the Cafe, which was closed. So we ended up at The Pub. We were greeted by a charming gentleman, named Daniel, who also turned out to be our server. The place was not too crowded, and all of the servers were attentive to their customers and Daniel was quite patient and took time to answer our questions. The Pub was clean and inviting, and most importantly, the food was excellent!! I had the Classic Burger and my friend had the Pulled Pork sandwich. Both orders came with homemade kettle cooked potato chips. I will definitely go back to The Pub.
