“(edit)I've only been here once since the switch to being the Conrad, and unfortunately I don't think this is my go-to NYC hotel anymore. In house dining is no longer something I would recommend. Took a long time, and pricing makes no sense for what you get, which was essentially diner food. The restaurant before was one of my favorite on-site hotel restaurants, so this is a huge shift. The rooms remain clean and vastly unchanged. They "updated" some parts of them, and other parts that could use a coat of paint or touch-up seemed overlooked in the remodel. Ended up checking out early.

“We stayed at a Conrad for three days and we were very pleasant surprised. the rooms were super clean and as a diamond member we got upgraded to an endsuite with view. staffing was very polite and helpful we did several requests over the app and got quick responses they well-deserved five stars. ❤️❤️”
