As senhoras da recepção foram extremamente desagradáveis. Decidimos ir para outro lugar depois de sermos tratados como lixo na recepção. Eu nunca mais vou ficar neste hotel. Eu era um cliente regular e eles perderam meu negócio. Eu acho que eles simplesmente não têm mais pessoas de qualidade para contratar ... ou as pessoas simplesmente não se importam com a economia de Biden.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely unpleasant. We decided to go somewhere else after being treated like trash at the front desk. I will never again stay at this hotel. I was a regular customer and they lost my business. I guess they just don't have quality people to hire anymore.. or people just don't care in the Biden economy.

A configuração do hotel é ótima. Trocamos nosso primeiro quarto porque o quarto não foi limpo corretamente. Em seguida, o segundo quarto tinha carrapatos, então acabamos indo para outro hotel.

Eu reservo este hotel 4 vezes por ano para os aniversários dos meus filhos, mas depois de hoje, não mais. Eu tinha feito uma reserva para o fim de semana seguinte, mas eles não tinham lofts disponíveis, então reservei a suíte king. Liguei para perguntar se alguém cancela poderia me ligar para que eu pudesse conseguir um loft. A senhora GENGIBRE DIRETOR DE VENDAS foi muuuuito rude! Ela disse "Bem, se você está aqui pelo mesmo motivo que todo mundo está aqui, então você está sem sorte!" Eu estava tão confuso. Eu nem tinha dado meu nome a ela ainda e ela está falando comigo como se soubesse quem eu sou e o que estou fazendo !! Ela nem me deixou falar, só dizia que estávamos todos lotados. Bem, eu sei disso, mas não era por isso que eu estava ligando. Acho que o diretor de vendas da Ginger precisa encontrar uma nova profissão. Ela não me vendeu, eu cancelei imediatamente e levei meu negócio para outro lugar!

Reservo este hotel 4 veces al año para los cumpleaños de mis hijos, pero después de hoy, ya no. Había hecho una reserva para el próximo fin de semana, pero no tenían lofts disponibles, así que reservé la suite king. Llamé para preguntar si alguien cancela, ¿podrían llamarme para que pudiera conseguir un loft? ¡La señora GINGER, LA DIRECTORA DE VENTAS, fue taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan grosera! Ella dijo "Bueno, si estás aquí por la misma razón por la que todos los demás están aquí, ¡entonces no tienes suerte!" Estaba tan confundido. ¡¡Ni siquiera le había dado mi nombre todavía y ella me habla como si supiera quién soy y qué estoy haciendo !! Ni siquiera me dejaba hablar, solo seguía diciendo que estaban todos ocupados. Bueno, lo sé, pero no era por eso que llamaba. Creo que el director de ventas de Ginger necesita encontrar una nueva profesión. Ella no me VENDO, ¡inmediatamente cancelé y llevé mi negocio a otra parte!

I book this hotel 4 times a year for my kids birthdays but after today, not anymore. I had made a reservation for the upcoming weekend but they didn't have any lofts available so I reserved the king suite. I called to ask if anyone cancels could they give me a call so I could get a loft. The lady GINGER THE DIRECTOR OF SALES was sooooooo rude! She said " Well if your here for the same reason everybody else is here for then your outta luck!" I was so confused. I hadn't even given her my name yet and she's talking to me like she knows who I am and what I'm doing!! She wouldn't even let me speak, she just kept saying were all booked up. Well I know that but that wasn't why I was calling. I think Ginger director of sales needs to find a new profession. She didn't SALE me, I immediately cancelled and took my business elsewhere!

The set up of the hotel is great. We switched out of our first room because the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Then the second room had ticks so we ended up going to another hotel.

Tuvimos problemas con los camiones y nos quedamos aquí unos días. Las habitaciones son increíbles, tenía una cocina completa, sala de estar, la cama era grande y cómoda. La hospitalidad aquí fue increíble, todos fueron muy amables y serviciales y recomendaron restaurantes en el área que realmente nos cuidaron mucho. Entonces, si alguna vez estás en la zona, quédate aquí, no te arrepentirás.

Tivemos problemas com o caminhão e ficamos aqui alguns dias. Os quartos são incríveis, tinha uma cozinha completa, área de estar, a cama era grande e confortável. A hospitalidade aqui foi incrível todos foram restaurantes tão agradáveis e úteis e recomendados na área que eles realmente tiveram grande cuidado se nós. Portanto, se você estiver na área ficar aqui você não vai se arrepender.

We had truck problems and we stayed here for a few days. The rooms are amazing it had a full kitchen, living room area the bed was big and comfortable. The hospitality here was awesome everyone was so nice and helpful and recommended restaurants in the area they really took great care if us. So if you are ever in the area stay here you won't regret it.
