Every staff member I encountered was cheerful and helpful. Thanks for the great customer service! As someone with food allergies, I love having the working kitchen at a good price. The counters in my room had a gritty substance on them and had not been fully cleaned. Items that were single use (like the sponge/ dish soap) at other Residence Inn locations were re-used or unavailable in this room.
