“Stayed here recently. This hotel is awful in every way.Stinks like old cigarettes and mold. It's damp and gross everywhere. The walls are literally peeling off.The carpet had weird sticky stains and cigarette burns. There was no one in the lobby to check anyone in leading to a crowd of confused guests. My wife and I finally ended up in the same room as another guy.We all had functioning keys. That's never good.Oh... and parking is $8... awesome.Kudos to the guy from the kitchen area who tried his best to check everyone in despite not having any front desk experience.Stay anywhere but here. Me alojé aquí recientemente. Apesta a cigarrillos viejos y moho.

“DO NOT STAY HERE. I've never seen a situation quite as bad this one. As someone who works in the travel industry, I think Marriott needs to do an internal audit of this hotel because it's putting a stain on the brand. The place was in shambles when my family (wife, toddler, infant) arrived to the hotel. People working at the front desk did not know what they were doing. The manager was running around the hotel looking to see which rooms were available. The place seemed to be severely understaffed. They did not have a room available for us when we arrived, despite our "reservation". I put "reservation" in quotes because nothing was reserved, and ended up not even staying at the hotel because the manager told me he had no idea if/when a room would become available for us. I asked one employee if he would stay at the hotel and he said "I wouldn't". It says on Google that there is an indoor pool, but when the manager was asked about this he said, "there's no pool." After waiting for a few hours to see if a room would become available (spoiler alert: it didn't), I was given a room key to a room . . . that was occupied by other guests. Does the hotel have a computer system? Is it being used? Your guess is as good as mine. Get your act together, Marriott. . . que foi ocupado por outros hóspedes. O hotel tem um sistema de computador? Está sendo usado? Seu palpite é tão bom quanto o meu. Aja em conjunto, Marriott.”
