“Had all kinds of trouble with our room, the shower was leaking, the fridge did not work, but we still enjoyed ourselves. I was going to not leave a bad review despite our time with this Hotel be sub-par. But then the business charged our card $50 randomly three months later. BEWARE they might just randomly charge you extra.
I have since contacted this properly three times, trying to find out why my card was charged. The first time I called I spoke with a friendly gentleman who said he would look into it and call me back with a supervisor. I never received a call back from him. So two days later I called back this time asked to speak to the supervisor the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and reassured me that he would take care of it. He said that he would call me back later that day to confirm that the $50 charge would be taken off as he saw no reason for it to be there.
It’s now been three days since that second contact and I still have not received any communication from the hotel nor has the charge been reimbursed. So I’m left with just contacting my bank which means I have to cancel my card and that is a huge hassle for me. This is a business card that is used in associated with several accounts so it puts me at an extreme inconvenience.
