“O hotel em si é muito bonito, com uma arquitetura interna que lembra vagamente a de Casa Pueblo, no Uruguai. Há bastante chá e folhas de coca na recepção. Está situado em uma localização excelente, perto da Plaza de Armas.A única ressalva é: não se hospede nos quartos da parte da frente.Na primeira noite foi impossível dormir. Não aceite quartos que dão para a rua: além do péssimo hábito que os motoristas de Cusco têm, de buzinar a qualquer hora do dia ou da madrugada, há um bar / casa noturna na mesma rua do hotel, e a algazarra vai até as 5 da manhã.No dia seguinte, o pessoal do hotel trocou nosso quarto, e foram extremamente gentis. Pediram muitas desculpas, e nos colocaram em um quarto com faixa de preço superior. A gerente do hotel foi muito simpática e atenciosa, infelizmente não lembro o nome dela.”
