This interesting hotel is located in the very heart of Madrid, just a few steps away from Plaza Cibeles and the Puerta del Sol, in a building dating from the beginning of the 20th century. Very close to the Prado Museum and the Thyssen Gallery, makes it possible to take full advantage of Madrid’s cultural offerings. Furthermore, the hotel offers all of its visitors a fantastic restaurant, a terrace overlooking the Gran Via street with a bathing area heated, 4 function rooms that can be used to hold all types of events and SPA with fitness area (Open daily from 11 am to 9 pm. “I was ready to give a 5 stars review as the hotel itself as accommodation and breakfast are really good, but the staff treatment and management was just awful. We booked to stay 11 nights as I needed to resolve some passport issues in the city, and after a few days the people from the reception would not stop calling us to pay for half of the payment, even though we had still a few days to stay and booking.com had already taken some money from my card in advance. They were rude and left my mother in a state of complete anxiety. We felt as we’ve been treated as thieves and completely humiliated by the whole situation. I do NOT recommend this hotel solely for the mistreatment of the staff and disregarding for my mother’s health.”

“Had a great 3-night stay at this hotel. We got a room with a Jacuzzi and it was truly incredible! Good location and friendly staff.
Only downside was the A/C and Jacuzzi controls were hard to understand. Overall great experience!”
